Yaw Adom-Mensah is a seasoned technology executive, systems scientist, and engineer. He has over 15 years of experience spanning enterprise technology leadership, AI transformation, and global program delivery, including roles as VP of Technology and Solutions Architect, Technology Consultant with the UN, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and consulting for Fortune 100 companies.
Amara Osei leads Disnesta Research, with responsibility for the firm's indices, working papers, and The Optional Work Report. Her remit covers methodology, data integrity, and the publication standards that keep the firm's instruments defensible in front of institutional audiences.
Her background spans quantitative research and measurement design for public-sector and multilateral programs, with a focus on turning contested policy questions into constructs that survive peer scrutiny.
Daniel Reyes runs the Advisory practice, leading decision-support and operating-model engagements for enterprise and government clients. He is responsible for the discipline of the practice: senior staffing, systems diagnosis before recommendation, and advice that Labs could build.
Before Disnesta, his career covered strategy and transformation leadership across regulated industries, including large-scale technology and workforce transitions.
Priya Natarajan leads Disnesta Labs, the firm's build practice — applied AI systems, data platforms, and the instrumentation layer behind the firm's indices and client systems. She owns delivery from architecture through production operation and handover.
Her engineering leadership background includes production machine-learning systems and data infrastructure for organizations where reliability and governance are non-negotiable.
Kwesi Boateng is responsible for the operations of the firm: client services, engagement quality, partnerships, and the internal systems Disnesta runs on. He ensures every engagement is staffed, scoped, and delivered to the firm's published standards.
His operating background spans professional-services leadership and program delivery across enterprise and public-sector environments.
