Privacy Policy.
How Disnesta collects, uses, and protects information on this website. Last updated July 2026.
We collect little, and only to respond to you.
Information you provide. When you contact the firm through the contact page or submit the Become a Client form, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, institution, and the content of your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any engagement that follows. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
The Manny assistant. Conversations with Manny, the site assistant, are used to answer your questions. Voice input, where you use it, is processed by your own browser's speech services. If the assistant's generative mode is enabled, the text of your conversation is processed by our AI infrastructure provider solely to produce a reply. Do not share confidential or sensitive information through the assistant; use the contact channels instead.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. This site does not run third-party advertising or advertising trackers.
Retention and your choices. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time through the contact page.
Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
